A photograph is a time machine. It allows us to see a scene or an event as it happened or as we perceive that it happened. A slice of a day gone by. An enhancement of our memory. It makes little difference whether our minds remember every detail or not. The finished photograph will be our expression to all the future viewers of a slice of time in our lives and likely to never be seen exactly the same again.
